1 · The agreement

By accepting our written quote (by reply email, WhatsApp message or signed printout) you confirm you have authority to commission the work at the address provided and accept these terms.

2 · Scope of work

We perform only the work itemised in the quote you accepted. If we find additional faults during the visit that need attention, we stop, explain the finding, and re-quote in writing before continuing.

3 · Pricing and payment

• Our prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit and include applicable taxes.
• The callout fee is absorbed into the total bill if you proceed with the recommended work.
• Payment is due on completion by bank transfer or e-wallet to a named Magnivo Plumbing Sdn Bhd business account. Cash is accepted by exception.
• For commercial sites we offer a fourteen-day invoice on prior arrangement.

4 · Workmanship guarantee

Magnivo guarantees its workmanship for twelve months from completion. If a fault arises in our work within that period, we will return and put it right at no labour cost. Replacement parts within their own manufacturer warranty are covered separately by the manufacturer.

5 · Exclusions

The guarantee does not cover: damage from third-party tampering after our visit, faults caused by misuse or chemical drain pours after the job, or pre-existing issues outside the scope of the quoted work.

6 · Access and safety

You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area, to inform us of any hazards (loose tiles, hidden wiring, vulnerable family members), and to keep children and pets away from active work zones.

7 · Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled visit without charge up to four hours before the arrival window. Cancellations inside that window may be charged the callout fee, at our discretion, to cover lost slot cost.

8 · Liability

Magnivo carries public liability insurance for commercial site work. For all work, our liability is limited to the cost of the work performed, except where statute provides otherwise. We are not liable for consequential losses such as loss of business income.

9 · Disputes

If you are unhappy with our work, please raise it with us first in writing at [email protected]. We aim to resolve every complaint within fourteen working days. If we cannot resolve it together, the dispute is governed by Malaysian law and the courts of Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction.

10 · Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your job is the one published on this page on the date you accepted our quote.
