Cookie policy.

A plain-language explanation of the small data files magnivo.bond may save in your browser.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. It remembers things like “this person has already seen the cookie banner” or “this person prefers the dark theme.” Cookies are not programs and they cannot read your hard disk.

Categories we use

Strictly necessary

These keep the booking form working — specifically the PHP session and the CSRF token that prevents fake submissions. Without them the form cannot be sent. They expire when you close the browser, or after thirty minutes of inactivity.

Analytics (opt-in)

If you accept analytics, a privacy-respecting page counter records which pages are visited most. We do not see your name, phone or email through this; we only see “the bathroom-and-kitchen page got 142 visits this month.” Retention: thirteen months.

Marketing (currently off)

We do not run remarketing or paid social campaigns at the moment. If we ever do, the marketing category in the cookie banner will activate so you have a clear opt-in.

Your control

The first time you visit magnivo.bond you are shown a cookie banner with three buttons: accept all, only essential, or manage preferences. You can re-open the manager at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page.

Third-party services we currently load

  • Google Fonts — for the typefaces on this site. Google’s cookies are not loaded by this transaction (we use the standard fonts CSS endpoint).
  • jsDelivr CDN — serves the cookie consent UI library. No tracking cookies are set by it.
