Service detail

Bathroom & kitchen plumbing without the drama.

Whether you bought a new mixer at IPC last weekend or your interior designer just handed over a renovation, Magnivo fits it correctly, tests it under pressure, and leaves the work area cleaner than we found it.

Fixtures we install regularly

  • Kitchen sinks, food-waste disposers, dish-rinse pull-outs.
  • Basin taps, single and twin-handle mixers.
  • Shower mixers (concealed and exposed), rain heads with arm or ceiling drop, hand-shower kits.
  • Toilet bowls (close-coupled, wall-faced, smart bidets requiring power point).
  • Bidet sprays, angle valves, supply hoses (we always swap to braided stainless).
  • Water filters, instant filtered taps, RO systems with under-sink storage.

Renovation hand-over

If your contractor has run the rough-in (PPR lines, capped stub-outs) and the tiler is done, we come in for the fit-out: connect, set, seal, and pressure-test. We document any rough-in issues we find before connection so the responsibility is clear.

The fastest way to turn a beautiful new bathroom into a problem is to skip the pressure test before silicone goes down. We don’t skip it.

Minor relocations — what we can do

Small relocations (move a basin 30 cm, add a bidet supply, drop a fridge water line) are routine. Major moves that require tile chasing or wet-room re-waterproofing usually need to be planned with your interior designer; we’ll happily attend that meeting.

What we always replace

On any fixture swap, we replace the angle valves and the flexible supply hoses. They cost a few ringgit each and they are the single most common source of slow drips we are called back for. New install, new connectors.

Got a fixture sitting in the box?

Tell us what you bought and where you want it. We’ll come with the right brackets and the right hoses.
