We started Magnivo Plumbing in 2014 from a single van and a clipboard. Eleven years later we are still small on purpose, because the work goes downhill when crews do not know each other’s habits.
The founding idea
A plumber should leave the place cleaner than they found it.
Most of our early customers came from one frustrated condo owner in Setapak who said: “If you can fix this and not leave a mess, I will tell every neighbour.” She did, and that’s the spirit Magnivo runs on. Clean tools, clean floors, written quotes, and the boring discipline of explaining things before charging for them.
We are licensed under Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN) and our two lead plumbers are SKM Level 3 certified. The rest of the crew train under them and rotate between jobs so nobody only ever fits taps.

Explain in plain language
If we can’t describe the problem in three sentences your aunty would understand, we keep working on the diagnosis.
Use the right material grade
SIRIM-approved PPR for hot lines, stainless braided hoses for connectors, brass valves over plastic where it matters.
Sell you a heater you don’t need
If your existing unit has six good years left, we will say so and quote a service instead of a swap. We’d rather earn your next ten calls than one expensive one.
Pour mystery chemicals down drains
We use mechanical clearing first, camera inspection if needed. Strong drain chemicals damage joints and rarely solve the cause.
Pretend we cover everything
We don’t do new-build piping for entire houses, septic tank construction, or major boring works. We will refer you to a contractor we trust if you ask.
Areas we cover
Kuala Lumpur, near suburbs, and the odd weekend trip out.
Our main service map covers most of inner Kuala Lumpur. We also take regular jobs in nearby Petaling Jaya and Subang Jaya. Callouts beyond that are quoted with a travel time component — we will tell you up front, never bury it later.
