Most callouts inside Kuala Lumpur are reached within ninety minutes during working hours (Mon–Sat, 9 am to 9 pm). Active leaks are queued before scheduled maintenance.
Do you give a price before you start?
Yes. We diagnose first, write down the parts and labour, and you approve in writing or on WhatsApp before any tool comes out of the bag. No verbal estimates that drift later.
Do you cover condos in Mont Kiara and Bangsar?
Yes, we regularly work in KL condos. We respect building management rules around water shut-off times, lift bookings and contractor sign-in, and we bring our own floor protection.
What if a leak happens at night?
WhatsApp the address and a short video. We will talk you through the main stopcock and book the first slot the next morning. After-hours emergency call-outs are available with a clearly stated surcharge.
Do I need to buy the parts first?
No. Our vans carry common traps, gaskets, valves and PPR fittings, so most household leaks finish in one visit. Specialised items (designer faucets, specific heater brands) are sourced once you sign off the quote.
Do you handle insurance reports for water damage?
We provide photo evidence, a written diagnosis and a parts list that insurers usually accept. We do not file the claim itself, but our report makes the claim straightforward.
